Share the Love Week Featuring Simon Says Stamp Day 3

Hola!

I made a card today for the challenge at the Winnie & Walter blog.
This week, Winnie & Walter is teaming up with Simon Says Stamp for a whole week of challenges.
I love this 2 companies, so I wanted to participate!
The challenge is to use one product of each company.

I used the stamp set Big Bold You from Winnie & Walter and Favorite Flowers from Simon Says Stamp.
I painted the flowers with some Spectrum Noir markers.

Utilicé el juego de sellos de Big Bold You de Winnie & Walter y Favorite Flowers de Simon Says Stamp. Pinté las flowers con plumones de Spectrum Noir.

Oh Hello There! SSS Card Kit September 2014

Hello everyone!

I created 2 cards with the Simon Says Stamp September 2014 card kit.

While I was doing this card, I was trying to imagine myself decorating real shelves in my house, it was fun and relaxing to make this card.

I used the stamp set To Thine Own Shelf from Simon Says Stamp that came in the kit. This stamp set is awesome! You can built it up how ever you want to.
I used some dye inks from Stampin Up, Baked Brown Sugar, Pistachio Pudding, Regal Rose, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe.

I used some of the pattern paper from the kit to make picture frames with embossing powder.

SSS Wednesday Challenge... Summer!

Hello!

I made this card for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!
This week theme is... summer!
I used some techniques I learned at the online class Stretch Your Stamps 2.

I live in the beautiful state of Texas, so when I think about summer, what comes to my mind is vacations, bugs, humidity and long summer months! of course my favorite is long summer months. :)

I used the stencil Rays from Tim Holtz, the stamp set Color and Sunshine from Simon Says Stamp, the Landscape trio die from Mama Elephant and some distress inks for the rays and the clouds.

Hice esta tarjeta para el desafío de Simon Says Stamp de los miércoles.
El tema de esta semana es... Verano!
Apliqué algunas técnicas que aprendí en la clase en linea Stretch Your Stamps 2.

Vivo en el hermoso estado de Texas, cuando pienso en verano, lo que me viene a la mente es vacaciones, insectos, humedad y largos meses de verano! Claro que lo que me gusta mas es los largos meses de verano. :)

Utilicé la plantilla Rays de Tim Holtz, el juego de sellos transparentes Color and Sunshine de Simon Says Stamp, los cortadores Landscape Trio de Mama Elephant y algunas tintas de Distress  para pintar los rayos y las nubes.

Espero les guste mi tarjeta de hoy.

Watercolor Card!

Hello everyone!

I am back with 2 new cards I made with watercolor.
I watched Dawn Woleslagle's video and it inspired me to make this cards.
You can watch her video here.
I love her technics for watercoloring, she has so much great ideas.

This are the cards I made.

I used Tim Holtz watercolor paper and I stamped the sentiment from Blue Note from Mama Elephant and Studio Calico, with Versamark watermark on a black cardstock and white heat embossed it.
I cut the sentiment and the watercolor paper with the Stitched Mat Die from Lil' inker Designs. I popped up the sentiment with foam tape and put some silver thread behind it.

And my cards are ready.
It was an easy card and so relaxing to make!
I love watercolors, I am not a pro at using them but I love to play with them. :)

Ya estoy de regreso con 2 tarjetas que hice utilizando acuarelas.
Viendo el video de  Dawn Woleslagle's me inspire para hacer estas tarjetas.

Utilicé papel para acuarelas de Tim Holtz, Utilicé el juego de sellos de Blue Note the Mama Elephant y Studio Calico, que estampé con versamark watermark sobre papel negro, lo cubrí con polvo para relieve blanco y lo corté con el juego de cortadores Stitched Mat Die de Lil' inker Designs.
Para darle dimension a la frase lo pegué con cinta de espuma y puse hilo plateado.

Espero que les guste la tarjeta de hoy.
No soy experta en usar las acuarelas, pero me encanta jugar con ellas.

Stretch Your Stamp 2 Homework day 3...

This is day 3 of classes at Stretch Your Stamp 2 and I must say I love it!
I am learning so many new ways to use my stamps, it is awesome!

Debby Hughes cards inspired me so much, This are the cards I made with her technic:

I cut some shapes with my Cricut machine and stamped the word on the shape and painted them with some Distress Inks. I used stamps from Winnie and Walter, Big Bold You and from Simon Says Stamp, Love This. I also used the Happy Birthday die from Simon Says Stamp.

Stretch Your Stamp 2 Homework day ONE...

Hello!

I am taking the class Stretch Your Stamps 2 from Online Card Classes, is my first time taking classes online and I’m really enjoying them.

This card is inspired by a card made in class yesterday, the technic is Watercolor resist embossing by Kristina Werner.

I don’t have many background stamps, actually I have just 3, so I tried to do my best with what I have. 

I stamped the Wild Rose Background stamp from Rubber Stampede with Versamark watermark on watercolor paper and covered it with white embossing powder.

I stamped the vellum with the sentiment Words of Wisdom from My Favorite Things and heat embossed it with Liquid Platinum from Ranger.

Simon Says ,,, Summer Vacation Kid’s Challenge!!

Hello!

I am here with 2 cards my kids made for the Simon Says Stamp summer vacation challenge!

This is the first card. Esteban is 7 and he made this card with the stars from the Big Bang Confetti

from Winnie and Walter  and the sentiment is from the All Boy stamp set from Simon Says Stamp. He has always wanted to use my copics, so I let him and he did a pretty good job with the sneakers, don't you think?

The second card was made by my daughter Bella, she is 4 1/2 years old, she loves butterflies and the color pink! She used the Big bang Confetti stamps from Winnie and Walter and some butterflies.

A couple of weeks ago I won a free stamp set of my choice at the Winnie and Walter blog.
I love all their stamp sets, are so incredible versatile, you can miss match them however you want and they all complement each other.
I just got the stamp set The big, the bold and extras and I started to play with it right away.

They even took the time to write a note for me, it made me feel special. Thanks Winnie and Walter! :)

I created this card with the stamp set The big, the bold and extras. I also used the Fular embossing folder from Cuttlebug to embossed the back ground.

It is a very simple card, I hope you like it!
